The first Merritt Plaza in located in Merritt Island Florida. The regional property Manager Julie Masten was a great person to work for. The work was completed in less then four days over the weekend while shops were closed to not disturb and cutomers or vendors.
The Plaza before the work began
This plaza had a two layers of thick paint on the concrete covering the tiles on the colum border area's. We pressure washed the area with a unique hot water system that removes almost anything stuck to the ground. Then we prep the area for it's New and Improved look...

The After Look, WOW what an improvement to the Plaza.. We did a knockdown with exposing the tiles that we restored back to life giving this place a New restoration look.. What a change a must see.
